Guidelines for Wish Wholesale Community Participation

The Wish Wholesale Community provides features designed to help business owners make informed procurement decisions through authentic feedback. These Guidelines apply to all Community features, including Supplier Reviews, Bulk Product Feedback, and B2B Discussion Boards.

We prioritize the integrity of our wholesale marketplace. Any attempt to manipulate community content—such as a supplier posting fake reviews for their own factory or a buyer providing misleading information to lower a competitor’s standing—is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the removal of content and the suspension of wholesale purchasing or selling privileges.

1. Be Professional and Business-Focused

The Community is intended to facilitate successful B2B transactions. Content should be relevant to the wholesale experience and based on actual commercial interactions.

Product Reviews: Should focus on bulk quality, material specifications, and "true-to-sample" accuracy.
Supplier Feedback: Comments regarding manufacturing lead times, communication responsiveness, and bulk packaging durability should be directed to the Supplier Rating section.
Pricing & Negotiation: Discussions regarding individual private negotiations or confidential tiered pricing structures should remain private and not be posted in public community forums.

2. Professional Conduct & Respect

Wish Wholesale is a global professional network. To maintain a productive environment for all businesses, your participation must be respectful and professional.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Do not post defamatory, inflammatory, or threatening content. We prohibit language that expresses hatred or intolerance based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
No Competitive Sabotage: Do not attempt to "drown out" a supplier or another buyer’s legitimate opinion by posting from multiple accounts or coordinating "review attacks."
Privacy & Trade Secrets: Do not post sensitive business information, including private contact details (emails/phone numbers) of supplier representatives, or unreleased proprietary product designs.
Impersonation: Do not pretend to be a verified manufacturer, a testing laboratory (e.g., SGS, Intertek), or a government regulatory body.

3. Sexual Content & Restricted Categories

While certain wellness and novelty products are permitted on Wish Wholesale, the community space must remain professional.

Restricted Media: Nudity or sexually explicit imagery is strictly prohibited in reviews or forum posts.
Professionalism: Product reviews for adult categories must remain clinical and focused on the product’s physical attributes and safety compliance.

4. IP Integrity in the Community

Do not use the Community to distribute or showcase infringing content.

Original Imagery Only: When uploading photos of bulk shipments, ensure you are not infringing on third-party trademarks or copyrights.

5. Prohibited Commercial Activity & Illegal Acts

The Community is for feedback, not secondary solicitation.

No External Solicitation: Do not use the Community to redirect users to other wholesale platforms, private websites, or "off-platform" payment schemes.
Fraudulent Activity: Content offering "get-rich-quick" schemes, fraudulent logistics services, or the promotion of prohibited/illegal goods is strictly banned.
Safety Misuse: Do not post content that encourages the misuse of a product in a way that violates safety standards or regional bulk-sale regulations.
