Wish Wholesale is a business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce platform where verified suppliers and manufacturers offer goods in bulk to business buyers. As a platform facilitating wholesale commerce, Wish Wholesale maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against the listing or sale of products that violate a third-party’s copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.

Wish Wholesale is committed to providing a secure environment for brand owners and offers streamlined channels for reporting alleged violations. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant listings, freeze wholesale accounts, and terminate relationships with suppliers who repeatedly violate our IP standards.

1. Intellectual Property Policies

1.1 Copyright Policy

Wholesale Restriction: Suppliers may not use copyrighted images or descriptions from other brands or competitors without express written consent.
Reporting: Rights owners may submit reports via our Wholesale IP Violation Form.
DMCA Process: Wish Wholesale follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Notices of infringement must be sent to our Designated DMCA Agent at: brand-protection@wholesale.wish.com.

1.2 Trademark & Counterfeit Policy

A trademark (logo, brand name, slogan) identifies the source of goods.

Authenticity Guarantee: All items sold on Wish Wholesale must be authentic. Selling "knock-offs" or unauthorized replicas is a breach of the Merchant Terms of Service.
Bulk Sales: Suppliers offering branded goods in bulk must provide Proof of Authorization or Invoices upon request to prove the chain of custody from the brand owner.

1.3 Patent and Community Design Policy

Wholesale products must not infringe upon registered utility or design patents. This is particularly relevant for "white label" or unbranded products that mimic the patented shape or function of a protected invention.

1.4 Right of Publicity

Suppliers are prohibited from using the name, likeness, or image of celebrities or public figures on wholesale packaging or marketing materials without a formal licensing agreement.

2. Repeat Infringer Policy

Because of the high volume of goods moved through wholesale channels, Wish Wholesale applies rigorous penalties to repeat offenders:

Account Suspension: Temporary or permanent removal of wholesale selling privileges.
Inventory Holds: Withholding of funds or pending bulk orders related to disputed listings.
Financial Penalties: Contractual fines for damages caused to the platform’s reputation.

3. Wholesale Brand Partner Program

To facilitate faster bulk-buying decisions and protect legitimate manufacturers, we offer the Wholesale Brand Partner Program.

3.1 Benefits for Brand Owners

Pre-Market Verification: Brands can pre-approve specific suppliers to sell their goods in bulk on the platform.
Takedown Priority: Verified Brand Partners receive expedited review of reported wholesale listings (typically within 24 hours).
Brand Dashboard: View all wholesale activity involving your brand names in one interface.

3.2 Required Documentation

To join, entities must provide:

Proof of IP Rights: Government-issued trademark or patent registrations.
Letter of Authorization (LOA): If you are an agent or distributor representing the brand.
